Her work begins with a simple intention: to make you feel seen.
Danique (she/her) is an Amsterdam-based artist, photographer and filmmaker. Growing up neurodivergent, she learned early that the world looks different depending on where you stand. The most honest images often live at those edges, in the moments where life feels complex, tender, and hard to put into words. She works from a deep trust in vulnerability and the results feels honest without being heavy, and intimate without being intrusive.
The double smiley face is not only one of her tattoos, but also a symbol that represents her work perfectly. Because it captures something she keeps coming back to: that people can hold two sides at once. Life can be both. She hopes her work contributes, in some small way, to a world that is softer and stronger, one that is more inclusive, connected, and accepting of one another.
Since 2025, that vision has also found a home at Studio Brug, a women-led creative studio in Amsterdam where she collaborates on commercial projects that don't sacrifice emotional depth.

It’s about you. Whether you have a clear vision or just a feeling, you've come to the right place. I work with people who understand that the right image can shift something. In a brand, a story, or a person. If that resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
