This series began somewhere personal: in a period when I was struggling, and the women around me showed up. Not with grand gestures, but with presence. With patience. With the kind of love that quietly holds you together.
Womankind is my way of sitting with that. Of turning towards the people who carried me, and asking: can I carry something of you, too?
Through portraiture, I explore what it means to be a woman. The softness and the strength, the vulnerability that so often goes unseen. Each portrait is its own world. Each woman, her own story.
It is, at its heart, a thank you.
